RECENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- Olivia Lara was added to the SOM Master Approver Group to assist with SOM IT Procurement approvals.
- New integration with EACS and ServiceNow has been implemented and working correctly. Confirmed with SOM user Don Stuckey.
KEY EFFORTS IN PROGRESS
- Development has started on the new Zoom Phones form and updates to the Network Services form. (ITSMH)

- Availability of resources for user acceptance testing. (UAT)

- SOM Leadership response delays

- Pending a list from Maria Aldana on additional users for this working group. Once received, we will schedule the next working group meeting.
- SOM IT finalizing IT Procurement process with SOM Leadership.
